In August 2013 her life took a different turn as her partner of 5years shot her close range 5 times and left her for dead. But God and the Universe had other plans. She survived and is wheelchair bound BUT she has the amazing opportunity to #WALKWITHME as she is a candidate for the exoskeleton device to help her walk again.
