Damned If I Do. Damned If I Don't: A Talk About Body Image

I sat down with two phenomenal women, Natasha Ramsey and Cierra S. Spaulding as we had a very open and honest conversation about body image from BOTH points of view. We always hear about the overweight side of the story and how they should look, but there is an equally important story for the skinny girls as well in how they look. Both sides experience body image issues and the words that hurt and often leave scars on our self-esteem.
