Jemma is the Director of Finance & Operations for the Kentucky Chapter of The Nature Conservancy located in Lexington, KY.

Jemma started with The Nature Conservancy in February 2019. Prior to joining The Nature Conservancy, Jemma was an audit manager at MCM CPAs & Advisors. She worked at MCM for seven years and focused on manufacturers, contractors, and employee benefit plan clients.

Jemma has bachelor’s degrees in biology and accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to public accounting, Jemma worked as a veterinary technician and office manager at a veterinary practice for eight years.

During her career she has served on a number of nonprofit boards including The Well of Lexington and Raven Run Nature Sanctuary.
