Jacobo joined RADIOLEX in January 2022 as Volunteer Coordinator.

Jacobo is a familiar face in Lexington’s art & music scene.

He is a retired Spanish teacher from Lexington Catholic High School and a professional musician. He even worked briefly at a radio station in his native Oaxaca, Mexico.

Jacobo serves on the Board of Directors of Health First Lexington and on the advisory board of the Living Arts & Science Center. He has been active with the Foundation for Latin American Culture and Arts (FLACA), Casa de Cultura, the Hispanic United Association (AHU), and as an organizer of the Festival Latino.
